Refunds

Unused topped-up credit is refundable in full, at any time, on request. You are never charged for an operation that fails. Write to support@prosemap.io from the email address on your account and we will refund to the original payment method.

Top-ups

• Any credit you bought and have not used can be refunded, whenever you ask. There is no deadline.
• If you have used part of a top-up, the unused part is refundable.
• Credit that has been spent on completed analyses, explanations or drafts is not refundable, with the exception below.

Monthly plans

• You can cancel at any time. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, your monthly credit stays usable until then, and you are not charged again.
• If you ask within 14 days of a monthly payment and have used none of that month's credit, we refund that payment in full.
• Monthly credit expires at the end of its month and is not refunded after it expires.

When something goes wrong on our side

• A failed or cancelled operation is never charged. The amount set aside for it is released automatically.
• If you were charged for a result that is unusable because of a fault in ProseMap, tell us and we will put the credit back.
• If you were charged twice for the same thing, we will return the duplicate.

Complimentary credit

Invitation credit and other complimentary credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Closing your account

Ask for a refund of unused topped-up credit before you delete your account. Deleting the account removes the credit with it.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
